No. Hey Nuvvy helps you organize routines and care records, but it does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or provide emergency care. Contact a veterinarian for symptoms, medication, injury, or any urgent concern.

Cartoon portraits are an occasional Hey Nuvvy benefit, prepared and added by our team. When your pet receives one, it will appear on the home page automatically.

Guests can try a small number of messages. After Google sign-in, chat is open for everyday conversation. Hey Nuvvy still applies reasonable message-length and request-rate protections to keep the service reliable for everyone.

Google sign-in identifies your account and connects your saved Hey Nuvvy data to it. Hey Nuvvy does not access your Gmail, contacts, Google Drive files, or Google password.

After you sign in and save a pet profile, your saved pet details, care records, tasks, and chat history are linked to your account. Sign in with the same Google account to continue with that saved information.

Yes. After you sign in and save your current pet, you can add another pet from the Pet Profile page and switch between profiles there.
